When surfing around the web I`m quite sure that almost everybody has seen the implemented icons in different web pages. Font Awesome is, like the name indicates, an awesome Open source project making it available for everybody and implement it easily into each projects.

1. What is is for? Why Icons and why Font Awesome?

Icons, Logos, etc are an fast and direct way to communicate without knowing the language in behind. You can compress the meaning of a category or an action easily with an icon. The difficulty is that not everybody is an graphic designer and able to create their own icon. Font Awesome is solving two issues at ones, at it is not making over 1,109 Free Icons in a a lot of different categories available, it also solves the issue that you have to bind the icons as image into your web projects, as it is going to be used as a Font. That is really great (and also saving a lot of bandwidth~!)

2. How to use it?

Font awesome is now in the 5th version and there are different ways to implement it into your projects.
a. Web Fonts with CSS
Use the Free CDN for web fonts and CSS
This is great for persons who dont want or cant host files, like wordpress sites.
b. SVG with JS
Also with Font Awesome CDN.
c. Desktop Use
Download the OTF file to use the fonts on your desktop. Find the Files here. They are in the /advanced/options/raw-svg folder included.

d. Advanced Use
Font Awesome has prepackaged files also for React and Vue.js. Angular, Ember, Ruby and Phoenix are also in preparation. Find it here

3. What is the difference between Free vs Pro?

With the free version you get access to total 1,109 icons mostly in Solid. (Which is by the way more than enough for any usual private and commercial use). With Font Awesome 5 Pro, you get 1,877 More Icons in different styles (Solid, Regular, Light) and a Private NPM Repository and soon a dedicated Pro CDN. 4. But there is no Steem Logo~!

Yes, in the original Font Awesome library there is no Steem logo included. But the great thing about Open Source is that it is Open Source :) @bhj has made about 6 month ago an own git version with a Steemit Logo included. 5.Conclusion

If you need some icons to explain or compress your meanings Font Awesome is a great place to start, as they can be used either private or commercial and with over 1,000 Icons you can find almost every normal icon you can think of. The icon numbers are also growing steadily and getting updates in regular base, so it should be bookmarked by every interested content creator.

After writing an article about Crypto Collectibles I started to look for new ones on my own, as Steemhunt should have all available ones listed and also voted (or not), so we can see and find them later.

This one came up after a google search for Crypto Collectibles.

Chibi Fighters is also on the Ethereum blockchain based on ERC721 non-fungible tokens and as the name is mentioning it already, the focus is on fighting each other.

1) You can find Chibi fighters only if you purchased so called founder tokens. If you have not been a early founding member, than you have to buy them on their open market. Current checked price was about 40USD..

2) Chibi fighters can be bought, sold, traded or even be fused. Accessories are also available like swords or daggers, crowns, etc.

3) Fighting
a) Ring of Death : winner takes all style fight. The loser Chibi fighter will die. At least it will be shown at a so called “halls of the fallen”. (For 40 USD bought.. that is harsh…. but high risk… high return)
b) Battle System : quick and easy on a battlefield. Moves are solved by the server. Winner gets Ether and the owner gets their Chibi back. A save game :)

4) Future Roadmap
There are real time battles planned in the future, which should be fun to do.

Thoughts
Quick and casual is the main feeling. Design of characters are ok, not the highest standard but the possibility to play quick and easy seems to appeal. The death match is really scary, as it has a bit feeling of gambling 50%/50%.

The app has also an intergrated voice system (like alexa or siri) called Gaya. It helps to ask different questions about the EARTH.

At a price level of 199USD for an earth globe, the price looks like heavy, but with all the AR and AI information in the backhand per APP it is a great education tool for your kids and a nice nice nice toy for yourself.

This project is saying “Shut up and take my money~!”

Get stressed? No time at all?
Stop what you are doing and just relax for a second.

There are a lot of coloring books and apps outside, but this one is giving a bit of guidance with numbering on each part. This means that you get better results as when you just start to paint whatever you want.

The basic app is for free and it offers In-App purchases.

You have in the free version hundreds of illustrations which are separated in galleries and also levels. A sharing mode is also available to show what you have done.

If you are using a laptop, tablet or even a bigger smartphone, sometimes you need to write longer text on this products. A laptop should be not a problem, but as soon as we start to type longer text on touch screens my productivity is going down quite fast.

Bluetooth keyboards are normaly very bulky, so I don`t carry them around but this Rolly Keyboard from LG can be rolled and it means that the product is really small and easy to carry around.

Based on Bluetooth HD profie and a rolled out dimension of 10.78”x1.24”x1.20” it runs up to 3.5 month with one AAA battery.

The first version of this product was quite expensive for a bluetooth keyboard and the official retail price is 100USD, but you can get it now also on amazon for about 45USD, which is OK.
