Hi, @jayplayco here. It is now five days that Hunt tokens have been released and listed on the first exchange at [Daybit](https://daybit.page.link/eC9v48ERfH8XEwD57). There had been good lessons about it and also points that needed to be learned to make it better the next time. I would like to share some personal experience with it.

1. Launching at Daybit - the overview

 As you can see in the graph we had a price fall from the starting point and are now at a level of 290-320 satoshi (BTC). The trading volume has increased steadily from about 100K USD in the first days to now above 910K USD in 24hours. 

2. Learning points

a. Price stabilization for 24 hours

 [Source: Debby Hudson](https://unsplash.com/photos/atW3fbSy_9Y) To protect the value for token holders, there had been a 24 hours minimum price barrier been implemented. It was a -10% maximum from the listing price of 0.02USD. The general purpose was to protect the value for the token during the unstable time when the token is just listed and it was considering the number of holders for Hunt tokens and the general trader numbers at Daybit. Unfortunately, this measurement had built up a selling wall at the lowest price for 24 hours, which stopped the traders to further invest or trade the token. As a trader, you would wait that the manual price wall is eliminated, as you would estimate that the price will rather fall and you could buy in on a lower price. This kind of minimum price protection is a measurement that other exchanges were also doing, but mostly for a much shorter time like minutes or maximal an hour. After this experience, it would be recommended to put a minimum price barrier only for a very limited time like 10 minutes, as otherwise, it could kill the investing cycle of traders.

b. Investor related communication

 [Source: Pavan Trikutam](https://unsplash.com/photos/71CjSSB83Wo) Steemhunt is running currently direct communication with investors related questions and communication on three different channels. * Discord - Main communication for the whole Steemhunt community and also a separate channel for #hunt-token - [Link](https://discord.gg/UjAJ3FR) * Telegram - was not that active until the IEO and now mainly used from international investors to ask about - [Link](https://t.me/steemhunt) * Kakao Talk - A Korean specific channel for Korean investors.

Especially the Korean Kakao Talk channel was established and needed to give potential Korean investors the possibility to get enough and fast information about the IEO. It was in the beginning not clear if this communication channel will be kept open after the IEO, but the team decided to change the character of the channel to inform investors of Hunt tokens about the status of the project and be able to answer open questions directly.

Unfortunately, after the listing, some of the users became aggressive and unproductive against the project, mainly because of the token price. A logical and productive critic is always welcomed and needed to learn and flearn fast and effective. But unproductive aggression is, unfortunately, leading to nothing. Based on the fact that the Hunt token price is now in the hand of the market and the team behind @steemhunt informed about the next planned steps, aggressive and unproductive users were warned and proceed if needed.

It takes a lot of resources, especially for smaller teams, to keep direct communication with investors and users. But we had again the positive experience that a stable and vibrant community is a big advantage even in this kind of situations. In most cases, other steemhunt community members jumped in and explained in a calm tone about the current situation, visions and also what kind of project @steemhunt actually is.

c. Finding the right exchange

I have written a whole post about the reason why Steemhunt decided to launch first with Daybit. After the listing, we can see that the price is falling and also the trading volume was quite low in the beginning. A short review of the CONTRA for a listing at Daybit as below.

• Current trading volume is not big
• Own DAY currency strategy was not clear in the past.
• Name value is still low.

With a current trading volume of Hunt tokens shortly under 1 Million USD for 24 hours within a week, we are currently on a similar trading volume as Steem in the last 24 hours. As long as this trading volume can be kept at that level or increase, I think we are in a good way.

Daybit will still need a lot of new users and definitely more trading volume, not only for Hunt tokens but also for other pairs, but with some good news waiting around the corner, like launching FIAT, I think we are close to an uprise for Daybit user numbers.

d. Hybrid running a Dapp

 As Steemhunt is currently running a hybrid based on Steem and the wallet on ETH (which is not planned as a permanent solution as an SMT project, but a reality at the moment) the implementation of an ETH wallet solution was needed. As all kind of technical solutions may run into troubles, even after an extensive test for the ETH wallet solution, we experienced some troubles on the technical side but also on the communication side. Technical issues were cleared as fast as possible after they were reported both on Steemhunt or Daybit side but the interesting part was the education of users to get used to another Blockchain wallet solution.

As the internal Hunt tokens from steemhunt.com can’t be transferred directly to another exchange, you will have to set up or already have a personal ETH wallet and address, where you have the control (private key) of it. I have put together a short post about it here but the most asked question was that the transfer from their private wallet was not transferring to the Daybit exchange. The main reason here was that they had no ETH in their wallet they could use as GAS to transfer the Hunt tokens.

We have to remind the fact again that we need RC to interact at the Steem blockchain, which comes from staked Steem Power. But for ETH you will need actual Ethereum which converts to GAS to interact with the blockchain. So I needed to advise some users to buy ETH to be able to move their Hunt tokens out of their wallet. An important part as a Dapp that is running a hybrid model is, that your users will need support to get used to the specifics of another blockchain.

3. Coingecko

@coingecko is running an own Steem account and is very supportive for SMT based projects. Hunt tokens have been listed already from the very beginning and you can find all the details here

 The market cap is not yet actualized, as CoinGecko needs normally several days for a first listed coin to gather the real data from the market.  Hunt token is currently listed at place #3929 from 4371 coins, but I guess this will be updated when the market cap is correctly gathered.

4. Conclusion

A lot of things happened in the last five days and it is really exciting to see how a blockchain project is growing step by step from an MVP to a community-based service and now having their own token listed on an exchange. As a token price is always related to different factors and at the end based on the decision of the market, I think the team can now concentrate on the next pillars like Reviewhunt and Ideahunt to finalize the token economy of Hunt tokens.

1. 스팀아레나 소개

스팀아레나는 @steemmonsters와 비슷하게 NFT기반의 카드 게임입니다. 다만 몬스터에서 로봇으로 바뀐점입니다. 카드도 모으고 “아레나”에서 전투도 벌일 수 있는 게임입니다. 현재는 게임출시 일정은 정확하게 밝혀진 바는 없고 이메일 등록만 가능한 상태입니다. 이메일 등록시 프리세일때에만 판매가 되는 리미티드 에디션을 미리 구매할 수 있다고 합니다.

2. 게임 예상 방식

• 카드를 구매해서 대전 시킴
• 현재 설명으로는 1:1 대전이 될것으로 보임
• 랜덤값과 각 로봇의 능력치를 바탕으로 1)생명 2)조준 3)파워 4)행운 5)레벨 의 네가지 값을 바탕으로 전투가 일어날 것으로 예상
• 로봇카드는 생성될시 각 파트별로 모양이 다르게 구성될 예정임. 이는 소수의 기본 모델을 바탕으로 많은 종류의 로봇을 생성해낼 수 있는 장점이 있다.
• 현재까지는 4종류의 로봇이 생성됨.
• 파트별로 레벨은 따로 있음 1)메탈모양 2)녹슨모양(?) 3)페인트된 모양 4)상위급 재료
• 파트는 5종류로 구분됨 (머리, 손 2, 몸통, 발 2)
• 카드 판매에 의한 대금은 모두 다 스팀으로 환전하겠다고 합니다.

3. 차별점

그럼 기존 스몬과의 차이는 무엇인가 (디자인과 세계관 빼고)를 생각해볼 수 있습니다. 공개된 포스팅을 기반으로 정리해봅니다.

• 좀더 쉬운 접근성을 위해 이메일, 페북, 구글 로그인을 지원할 예정.
• 바이백 실시 : 즉 로봇을 샀을 경우 이를 다시 재구매하는 계정이 있음. (구매가 - 커미션으로 buyback 한다고 합니다. 커미션의 %는 아직 확정되지 않음)
• 카드 소각 : 로봇의 경우는 전투를 하면 승자가 로봇을 가져가는 형식입니다. 가져갈때 로봇 전체가 아닌 로봇의 파트중 일부가 소각됩니다. (예: 전투후 승자가 패자 로봇을 가져가나 파트는 97%만 가져가고 3%는 소각)
• 파트(part)가 소각되는 개념이 있어, 고치는 개념도 있음.
• 리미티드의 개념 강화 : 리미티드 로봇끼리 전투를 해서 승자가 가져갈 경우, 패자 로봇은 리미티드의 개념을 잃게 됨. 즉 승자 로봇은 리미티드로 남고, 패자 로봇은 (승자가 가져가는) 일반 로봇이 됨. (이렇게 하면 리미트들 끼리 살떨려서 전투를 할지.. 이겨도 그냥 일반 로봇을 가져가서..)
• 스몬이 개발한 DEX를 사용할 예정인것으로 보입니다. 이는 스몬 마켓에서 스팀아레나 로봇도 거래가 가능할 것으로 보입니다.

4. 로드맵

5. 팀

파운딩 멤버는 @yuriks2000라는 분이 주축입니다. 스팀에서 2년 넘게 활동했으며 Steem App이라는 오픈 소스 모바일 제품을 만들었다고 합니다. (확인하지는 않음) 언어는 영어와 러시어를 하고 있으며, 디자인팀도 노어를 하는 분들인 것으로 봐서 기반은 러시아어를 할 수 있는 스티미언들이 주축인 것으로 보입니다.
@davidhust라는 분은 1년전에 글을 한번 올린후 그 이후 활동은 없으나 모바일앱 개발을 하는 것으로 알리고 있습니다. Steem App을 같이 만든 분이라고 합니다.
세번째 파운더는 개발을 맡고 있으나 자기 존재를 알리지 않겠다고 합니다……

그외에 어드바이져로 스몬팀을 언급했습니다만, 이는 스몬팀이 연관된 것이 아니고, 중간 중간 자문을 어느정도 해준것으로 확인되었습니다.


6. 개인적인 생각

• 우선 소각에 대한 고민을 처음부터 했다는 것과 쉬운 접근성을 위해 페북, 구글, 이메일 로그인등을 고려하고 있는 점은 좋은 것 같습니다. 방식은 이메일이나 구글로 로그인한 경우 “마스터” 스팀아레나 계정에서 대신 게임및 소유를 해주고 유저 요청시 원하는 스팀 계정으로 자산 및 내역 이동으로 구성해둔것으로 보입니다.

• 디자인의 경우는 논외로 하겠습니다. 워낙 호불호가 문화권마다 갈릴 수 있는 문제다 보니. 한국인이 좋아하는 디자인은 아닌걸로 감히 판단해봅니다.

• 이제 막 소개를 했기 때문에 이른감은 있지만 사실상 카드 판매를 시작할때 쯤이면 로드맵에 나와있는 마일스톤에 대한 일정들을 구체화해야 할 것으로 보입니다.

• 개발력이 확인되지 않는 다는 것은 결국 실제 개발 스피드와 완성도등에도 직접적인 영향을 미치기 때문에 큰 변수로 남습니다.

• 만약 1:1 전투가 될 경우 초기 진입 비용은 생각보다 적을 수 있을 것으로 보입니다. 댁을 다 갖추고 해야하는 것이 아니고, 가지고 있는 로봇으로 전투를 해서 이기면 파트를 사서 충원하거나 해서 늘릴 수 있기 때문에요.

• 파트 교체를 통해 개발사측은 수억가지 종류의 로봇을 생성할 수 있지만, 실제 NFT 카드 디자인의 단조로움을 발생할 수 있기 때문에 추후 더욱더 많은 파트 및 로봇디자인 출시가 필요할 것으로 보임.

스팀잇이 일조를 하는 것은 아니지만, 스팀 생태계는 활성화되고 있는 느낌입니다. 아마도 게임댑으로는 최초 시도인 페북,구글,이메일 로그인을 통한 게임 플레이와 신용 카드 구매를 통해 간단한 접근, 모든 자산의 스팀화를 통해 스팀 생태계 활성화를 통해 선순환되는 프로젝트가 되기를 기원합니다.

The current dividend rule was that the dividends will be distributed in uncertain cycles with an uncertain amount. Beginning from today this rule is changing as below.

• The current rule of an uncertain cycle and amount of the distribution will be deleted.
• The dividend amount is coming from the @jjm13 account.
• The dividend will be distributed when a 1000 JJM holders could get a dividend equivalent to 1 Steem.
• Information about will be also provided in “today’s JJM’ posts
• Steem Power (SP) and Steem will be calculated 1:1 and Steem Power value will follow the market price.
• As SP is difficult to convert directly into Steem, @virus707 will buy in @jjm13’s SP into Steem in 1:1.

첫 SMT 기반 프로젝트 거래소 상장이 이제 진짜 코앞이고 확정이 되었네요. 일정은 2019년 4월 19일 12:50분에 Daybit 거래소에서 첫 HUNT/BTC 페어가 상장가 0.02USD 로 열릴 예정입니다. 데이빗의 헌트 지갑도 같은 시점에 열릴것으로 예정되어 있습니다.

추가적으로 스팀헌트 공홈의 오프체인 지갑도 오늘부로 공식적으로 열려서 연동을 어떻게 하는지 알려드리고자 합니다.

1. 스팀헌트 공홈 지갑

Steemhunt.com 에서 제공하는 지갑은 오프체인 지갑입니다. 바운티가 이미 근 1년 가량 지급되고 있는 상황이였는데, 그 모든 헌트가 스팀헌트 공홈의 오프체인 지갑에 저장이 되어있었습니다. 거래소 상장과 함께 이제는 이 헌트 토큰을 출금하는 것이 가능하게 되었습니다.

한가지 인지해야할 것은, 스팀헌트의 유저 스코어가 “스테이킹”된 헌트지갑내의 헌트와 직접적인 연관이 있다는 것입니다. 스팀헌트 공홈 지갑에 헌트 토큰이 많으면 많을 수록 상대적으로 계산되어 유저 스코어 상승하게 됩니다. 이에 따라 스팀헌트 팀에서는 외부 개인 지갑을 연동해서 그 안에 있는 헌트 토큰도 유저 스코에 계산이 되는 “스테이킹”된 물량으로 계산할 수 있는 방식을 택하고 개발을 했습니다.

 스팀헌트 홈페이지에 가셔서 지갑을 확인해보시면 이제는 "Steemhunt Wallet"이라고 하는 오프체인 기반 지갑의 헌트 토큰 수량을 표시해주고요, "External Wallet"이라고 해서 외부 개인 지갑 연동된 부분이 있습니다. 이 외부 지갑의 경우는 메타마스크라는 크롬이나 파이어폭스 플러그인 형태의 지갑으로 최초 1회 연동및 인증을 해줘야 합니다.

2. 메타마스크 연동하기

 우선 스팀헌트 https://steemhunt.com/wallet 에 가서 CONNECT 버튼을 찾아서 누릅니다. 개인지갑 연동을 바꾸지 않는 한은 이 작업은 한번만 해주시면 됩니다. 지갑 연동을 위해선 Private Key를 소유하고 계신 ETH 계정만 연동이 가능하다는 것을 알고 있어야 합니다. 이는 쉽게 얘기하면 거래소 주소로는 연동이 되지 않는다는 것입니다. 이유는 거래소는 주소만 있지, 그에 필요한 Private Key를 갖고 있지 않기 때문입니다.

Connect 를 누르시면 메타마스크를 설치하라고 하거나 새로운 팝업이 하나 뜰겁니다. 메타마스크는 하단 링크에서 다운 받으시면 됩니다.

메타마스크가 제대로 설치되고 로그인까지 되어 있다면 이제 외부 주소를 연결할거냐고 물어봅니다. 여기서 주의사항을 읽으시고 CONNECT TO METAMASK를 누르시면 됩니다.


그 이후 최종 승인을 요청합니다. 이 요청을 OK를 하면 외부 지갑이 성공적으로 연걸된 것입니다.


자신의 이더주소는 EXTERNAL WALLET 옆에 표기가 되어 있습니다.


3. 외부 개인 지갑으로 헌트 토큰 송금하기

 TRANSFER를 누르시게 되면 팝업이 뜨면서 외부 개인 지갑으로 송금할것인가 문의를 합니다. 스팀헌트의 경우는 헌트 토큰을 오프체인 지갑에서 송금하는데 몇가지 규칙을 만들어 두었습니다.

• 2019년 4월 12일까지 쌓인 헌트 토큰 바운티에 대해 총 13주의 락업 및 일일 베스팅이 시행됩니다. 즉, 매일 저녁 8시 (한국시간 기준)에 1/91에 해당하는 토큰이 매일 락업이 자동으로 풀려서 베스팅 되는 개념입니다. 예를들어 본인이 4월 12일 기준 91,000 헌트 토큰을 갖고 있었다면, 그날부터 매일 저녁 8시에 1/91인 1,000 헌트 토큰이 자동으로 언락이 풀리면서 베스팅 되는 개념입니다.
• 하루 최대 10,000헌트 까지만 출금 가능합니다 (맥스 출금량은 추후 시장 가격 변동에 의해 조정될 수 있습니다).
• 이 13주 락업은 4/12일까지 쌓인 토큰에만 해당하는 개념이고, 그 이후에 받으시는 리워드에는 별도의 락업이 없습니다.
• 1회 송금시 10 HUNT 토큰이 비용이 발생합니다.

 송금을 승인하면 다시한번 최종 승인을 요청합니다. 그 이후 곧바로 트랜스액션은 시작을 합니다. 기술적으로 보면 스팀헌트의 ETH 주소에서 요청하는 주소로 송금을 하게 되는 것입니다. 이것이 사실상 헌트 토큰을 외부에서 다시 내부 오프체인 지갑으로 직접 보내지 못하는 이유입니다.  TRANSFER 탭에 보시면 현재 트랜스액션이 진행중인것이 보이십니다. ETH 네트워크 환경에 따라 몇분에서 30분이상까지도 걸립니다. 4. 헌트 토큰 메타마스크 지갑에 보이기

 메타마스크는 ERC-20 토큰을 보여줄 수 있으나, 이는 최초 1회 설정을 해줘야지 보입니다. 헌트 토큰의 경우는 "ADD TOKEN"을 메타마스크 내에서 찾아서 누르고 다음과 같은 주소를 입력하면 됩니다. 주소만 입력하면 나머지 Data는 자동 입력됩니다. * 0x9aab071b4129b083b01cb5a0cb513ce7eca26fa5

헌트 토큰 추가를 하면 현재 지갑에 있는 헌트 토큰이 보입니다. 추가적으로 스팀헌트 홈페이지의 지갑에서도 오프체인 지갑의 수량과 연동된 개인 지갑의 수량이 같이 보입니다.


5. 결론

아직 데이빗 계정이 없으신 분들은 하나씩 만들어두시는 것을 추천드립니다. 스팀헌트팀에서 지속적으로 거래소와 협의하면서 상장을 늘릴 계획입니다만, 당장 15일부터는 데이빗에서 거래가 가능하니까요.

  참고로 스팀헌트 지갑내에서 개인지갑으로 옮기는 GAS 비용은 스팀헌트가 10 HUNT를 대신해서 부담하지만, 개인 지갑의 경우는 소량의 이더가 있어야지 GAS 비용을 내고 추후 거래소나 다른 곳으로 이동이 가능한 점을 인지하셔야 합니다. (저도 그래서 ETH 조금 구매해서 채워놨습니다. ^^)

The first listing of an SMT based project on a centralized exchange Daybit has been announced and is fixed for the 15th of April 2019 12:50 KST. The first trading pair is going to be with BTC and the listing price is based on 0.02USD. The wallet at Daybit is going to be opened also at 12:50 (KST) the same day.

An additionally important part is that also the off-chain wallet at Steemhunt has been opened and I would like to introduce the steps on how to use it and what you will have to take care.

1. Steemhunt.com Wallet

The wallet at Steemhunt.com is an off-chain wallet, as the bounty was distributed already about a year long. With the listing at an exchange, it was needed to make it possible for users to get their Hunt tokens out of the off-chain wallet to be able to trade or buy more.

An important point is, that the user score is directly calculated with the “staked” Hunt tokens you have in your Steemhunt wallet. The Steemhunt team decided to create a way that the current users still have the possibility to “stake” Hunt tokens but also to be able to have liquid Hunt tokens.

 If you have a look at an example wallet from Steemhunt's off-chain wallet, you will see the Steemhunt Wallet and an external wallet. This external wallet needs to be connected with Metamask and as soon as the connection has been confirmed you are able to transfer Hunt tokens from your off-chain wallet to the external on-chain wallet. Also, the Hunt quantity that is stored on the connected external wallet is going to be calculated as "staked" Hunt token and will show together in your total Hunt token balance.

2. How to connect your wallet with Metamask.

 First of all, you will have to go to your off-chain wallet at https://steemhunt.com/wallet and look for the connect button. This process is only needed one time, as long as you are not changing your external wallet. Please be aware that you will need access to the private keys for your wallet, which is normally not the case on a centralized exchange.  After pressing the black connect button you will see either a popup for Metamask or a request that you will have to install Metamask. You will have to be logged in in Metamask and your Ethereum wallet already installed to move to the next step. If it is the first time installing Metamask, you can also have a look at the following video (which is not from me) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Vj9ztSdKSPU  When you confirm the button to connect your wallet, you will see another request for a signature. When you confirm it, your external wallet is connected to your off-chain Steemhunt wallet.  You will find your ETH address directly right of your External wallet.

3. Transfer Hunt tokens to your external wallet.

 If you press now transfer you will get another popup to transfer your off-chain Hunt's to your on-chain wallet. Steemhunt has implemented a few rules for transferring your Hunt tokens.

• From April 12, 2019 all HUNT balances collected previously will have a 13 week lock-up period with a daily vesting release. In other words, you will be able to get 1/91 transfer-ready tokens of your total balance every day at 20:00 (KST). For example, if you have 91,000 HUNT on April 12, 2019, 1,000 HUNT will be unlocked each day at 8pm (KST).
• There is a daily max withdrawal limit - 10,000 HUNT per day (this will be revised later based on the market price changes).
• This lock-up period is only for the HUNT tokens that users have collected before April 12, 2019 (there won’t be any lock-up period for the HUNT tokens that users collect after this time).
• Each transfer has a transaction fee of 10 Hunt.

 When you confirm your transfer the system will ask again for confirmation. As soon as you confirm it the transfer will start. Technically the requested amount will be sent out from a Steemhunt ETH address to your requested address. This is the reason that transferring Hunt tokens out of the off-chain wallet is possible, but not the other way back into the off-chain wallet.  You can check on the transfer tab in your off-chain wallet that the transfer itself is starting. Depending on the ETH network it will take from a few minutes to up to 30 min. 4. Adding Hunt tokens to your Metamask Wallet

 Metamask can show ERC-20 tokens, but you will need to add them to your wallet. To do so, please go to "ADD TOKEN" and add the following address. * 0x9aab071b4129b083b01cb5a0cb513ce7eca26fa5

After confirming to add Hunt as token to your wallet, you will see your Hunt token balance. You can check it also on your off-chain wallet at https://steemhunt.com/wallet as it is connected.
