After writing an article about Crypto Collectibles I started to look for new ones on my own, as Steemhunt should have all available ones listed and also voted (or not), so we can see and find them later.

This one came up after a google search for Crypto Collectibles.

Chibi Fighters is also on the Ethereum blockchain based on ERC721 non-fungible tokens and as the name is mentioning it already, the focus is on fighting each other.

1) You can find Chibi fighters only if you purchased so called founder tokens. If you have not been a early founding member, than you have to buy them on their open market. Current checked price was about 40USD..

2) Chibi fighters can be bought, sold, traded or even be fused. Accessories are also available like swords or daggers, crowns, etc.

3) Fighting
a) Ring of Death : winner takes all style fight. The loser Chibi fighter will die. At least it will be shown at a so called “halls of the fallen”. (For 40 USD bought.. that is harsh…. but high risk… high return)
b) Battle System : quick and easy on a battlefield. Moves are solved by the server. Winner gets Ether and the owner gets their Chibi back. A save game :)

4) Future Roadmap
There are real time battles planned in the future, which should be fun to do.

Quick and casual is the main feeling. Design of characters are ok, not the highest standard but the possibility to play quick and easy seems to appeal. The death match is really scary, as it has a bit feeling of gambling 50%/50%.

After seeing the video curations fom @teamhumble, I thought it would be also great to have different views or different themes of curations. This time I am featuring mainly the hunts from @urbangladiator who has a hand to find all the Crypto collectibles out there. But also @chronocrypto, @producthunter, @vmirag, @mindblast and @heap has hunted some Cryto collectibles.

What are Crypto Collectables?

Crypto Collectables are digital goods based on Cryptocurrencies, mostly as Token based on Ethereum. You can normally buy them and after that breed, or fight or add accessories, etc, which depends on the concept of each Crypto collectables. In normal cases each collectable has some feature (or tag) to make it either normal or special and the price is varying based on this kind of sets. Additionally all digital goods are unique, so you will find never the same digital goods in the specific crypto collectables eco system.

So long story short, people buy crypto collectables, try to breed or fight with them to get more and looking for ones where the value of the collectable could increase. Or they just buy it because they love it :)

   [EDIT] I was looking for the keyword collectible and Steem Monsters was not in there. After having a talk with @neddykelly I realized that I missed Steem Monsters! Tradeable, collectible cards with cool looking monsters and battles.    They are currently in Alpha mode and selling the essential card pack for 5USD. Additional booster packs are also available.    A Ethereum block based Cryptocollectible game to explorer the planets with your spaceship. Collecting Planets and spaceships sounds great, but if seems that the team is sitting in Russia and the government there is blocking the servers. I was able to connect to the Beta Test and it looked quite futuristic and clean. Let`s see how this evolves. The @steemhunt community liked it with 35 votes.

   Collect and raise Axie’s on the Ethereum blockchain

   Also Etheureum based and you raise them from egg status into so called Axie`s, which are kind of monsters or creatures. Buying, selling, trading and also battling is possible. With battle you can improve skills or sizes or moves. For that you need to form a team of 3 Axies. They can also be feeded, cleaned and can sleep.
   The roadmap is already gone quite far and a marketplace is already opened, presale ended and breeding and battle system opened. A raising feature is also planned.
   The style of the characters are more in the “cute” direction and anime style.

3. FishBank

   @urbangladiator was not really exited about this one, but let`s dive into detail to see why.
   Fishbank is based on ERC-721 and players can collect, fight and grow different fish tokens. It can be played with Metamask on Chrome or on iOS or Android with Trust Wallet or Toshi digital.
   Fish prices are going from 0.05ETH for a common and up to 55ETH for a rare fish. The design of the fish itself is very dark toned in color and it is a little depressing looking at them. It seems that the designer behind this project prefer darker color tones. The look of the collectibles is also ‘not my style’ to explain it softly and to be honest it looks ugly. Sorry about that but my opinion.

4. Pixo Arena
   Fighting Collectible game powered by Ethereum

   To be honest it is not 100% fair to give Pixo Arena the 4th place, as the hunt for ranking is still running for this one. (more than 8 hours from writing) but still it gives a good look into what it could be. Pixo Arena shows their collectibles in a 8Bit Design look and if you like this kind of retro style you will love it. Main goal here is to collect so called Pixos, which are not breedable and don`t inherit characteristics from other Pixos. There is a Battle arena where the Pixos can fight and get prized in crytocurrency. Also they are able to equip artifacts.

   Freakin’ adorable digital character collectibles

   You can trade, collect and train creatures across virtual worlds. The design is great and if all digital goods will be at that level, than it could be really fun to collect them. They are in the current state showing one creature after the other and there are not much information available, but seeing the level of artwork this could be a good one. :)

This time we have zombies. The difference is that it is an additive to a coding lesson for Solidity(Ethereum use s this code language) As lesson you are going to build a Zombie Army with a random DNA. By ending a coding lesson you get rewarded with crypto collectible Zombies. The best part is that it is a free platform and it seems to encourage people to get into Solidity.

The fighters range from 0.005 up to 0.9 Either. You can collect and battle with other characters to level your fighter up. The design is very simple and there are only a few main character (I counted 4 main characters) with changing colors and attachments so it did not look really attractive for me. In total there are about 1K fighters at the market place available for sale.

This was the first curation I have done and it takes longer as I thought :). Will see how to manage it to get the same quality faster with tools.

이제 막 스팀에 도착하신 분들은 아마 비슷하실 겁니다. 사용하는 용어들도 생소하고, 어디서 무엇을 시작해야할지도 모르고, 어디서 무엇을 읽어야 할지도 모르고요.

저는 처음에 검색차에 그래서 “초보” 라고 치고 읽기 시작했습니다. 도움이 되는 내용도 있고, 잘 모르는 내용도 많이 있더군요. 가장 큰 아쉬움은 한번에 스팀을 설명해주는 곳이 없다는 것이였답니다.

The app has also an intergrated voice system (like alexa or siri) called Gaya. It helps to ask different questions about the EARTH.

At a price level of 199USD for an earth globe, the price looks like heavy, but with all the AR and AI information in the backhand per APP it is a great education tool for your kids and a nice nice nice toy for yourself.

This project is saying “Shut up and take my money~!”

There are a lot of coloring books and apps outside, but this one is giving a bit of guidance with numbering on each part. This means that you get better results as when you just start to paint whatever you want.

The basic app is for free and it offers In-App purchases.

You have in the free version hundreds of illustrations which are separated in galleries and also levels. A sharing mode is also available to show what you have done.

현재 스팀헌트 커뮤니티에서 고퀄의 컨텐츠가 아닌 봇을 이용한 업보팅의 컨텐츠가 스팀헌트를 어뷰징하면서 일어나는 현상 관련 이야기를 하고자 합니다.
스팀헌트팀은 이미 이 사항에대하 잘 알고 있으며 깃헙에 이와 관련하여 이슈가 등록되어 있습니다. 메인개발자분인 @tabris 님과 이야기를 해본 결과 이에 대한 대책으로 개발을 진행중에 있다고 합니다.

0. 깃헙소스

그러면 현재 이슈가 무엇이며 AVB (어카운트 베이스 보팅) 이 스팀헌트 커뮤니티에 어떤 영향을 미칠지 보겠습니다.

1. 스팀헌트 보팅의 문제점을 찾다

일부 유저들은 봇일 이용해 랭킹을 쉽게 올릴 수 있다는 사실을 인지하고 사용하기 시작했습니다. 사실상 얼마전 에어트랍 공지 이후 렌딩파워가 330K가 넘은 @steemhunt 에 사용자들이 몰리면서 이 문제는 더욱 심각해지고 있는 상황입니다.
가장 큰 문제가 이때 발생하는 것은 콘텐츠의 질이 아닌 단지 봇의 사용으로 컨텐츠의 순서가 정해진다는 것입니다. 스팀헌트가 지향하는 컨텐츠의 고퀄화와 정면 충돌하는 상황인것입니다.

2. 그럼 ABV를 하잣! 근데 그게 뭐지?

@ned (스팀잇 창시자) 가 한국 투어때 ABV(Account based voting, 어카운트 베이스 보팅)를 언급했으며 그에 따른 장/단점이 있습니다만, 간단하게 하기에 설명을 하겠습니다.

A. 현 스팀의 보팅 시스셈.

• 간단하게는 스팀 파워가 많으면 보팅 파워도 많으며 이로 인해 보팅시 많은 돈을 줄 수 있다.
• 문제점 : 보팅봇, 큐레이션 그룹, 큐레이션 트레일, 보팅 풀등. (현 시스템에서는 보팅봇에게 대부분의 스팀파워를 랜딩하는 고래분들도 비간접적으로 해당되겠네요..)

B. 어카운트 베이스 보팅 (ABV)

• 한개의 계정이 한개의 보팅만 할 수 있음. (1계정 1보팅파워)
• 문제점 : 계정에 웨이팅 (계급이나 단계적 차별성) 이 없을 경우 스팸 계정도 고래 계정과 같은 힘을 가짐. 위 @nealmcspadden 의 글에서도 그 문제점을 짚고 있습니다.

3. 스팀헌트 팀의 접근방법

로직

• 한개의 업보팅은 100%의 VP(보팅파워)를 가졌을때 10 포인트이다.
• 포인트는 헌터가 정한 VP에 따라 감소한다. 예) 50%의 VP 세팅시 5포인트의 보팅을 한다.
• 화이트리스트: 점수는 최소한 헌팅을 한번이라도 한 헌터만 카운트 한다.

가능한 프로세스 (현재는 예시일뿐, 확정은 아님.

• 강력한 화이트리스트 관리: 최소한 3번이상 헌트한 헌터, 블랙리스트 헌터 제외 등.
• 헌터 배지 시스템 : 헌팅 히스토리에 따라 레벨 1 에서 5까지 정함.

Lv.1: 1 헌트 (1 풀보팅: 10 포인트)
Lv.2: 10 일 헌팅 + 10회 업보팅 (1 풀보팅 : 20 포인트)
Lv.3: Lv.2 + 3회 이상 탑10 헌트 (1 풀보팅 : 30 포인트)
Lv.4: Lv.2 + 5회 이상 탑 10 헌트 (1 풀보팅 : 50 포인트)
Lv.5: 30일 헌팅 + 30회 업보팅 + 10회 이상 탑10 헌트 (1 풀보팅 : 100 포인트)
레벨은 헌터가 10일 이상 활동을 하지 않을 경우 낮아질 수 있다. (Lv 5 -> Lv 4 -> …)

4. 이것을 적용할 경우 어떤 일이 일어나는가?

@steemhunt 는 정말 활동을 하는 헌터에가 가산점을 주는 것이며 실제로 헌터로 활동을 해야지만 (화이트리스트) 보팅이 카운트 되는 관계로 봇의 활동이 무의미해 집니다.
배지는 그래도 가능할 스팸성 계정들의 활동을 어느정도 억제를 해줄것이고, 레벨업을 통한 헌터들의 선의의 경쟁도 부추겨줄 것으로 기대됩니다. 현재 스팀과 같이 고래가 탄생하지는 못하는 관계로, 레벨5 헌터들의 보팅도 한계가 있어 고래의 어뷰징도 같이 막는 것으로 보입니다.
이를 바탕으로 봤을때는 한 헌터의 보팅파워는 0-100까지 가능하며 (레벨에 따라) 이 모든 것은 고퀄의 컨텐츠를 생산하는 헌터들에게 최고의 보상이 돌아갈 수 있도록 세팅하는데 의미가 있습니다.

5. 로드맵

첫 간단한 세팅은 다음주부터 테스트한다고 @tabris 님께서 언급하셨습니다. 자세한 데드라인은 아직 정해지지 않았으나 @steemhunt 의 팀이 밤낮없이 일하고 있는것은 그간의 활동을 보시면 아실것이며, 스팀헌트 팀도 추가적인 스케일링 전에 이 사안이 우선순위가 높다고 했습니다.
필자는 이것으로 스팀헌트에서 고퀄의 컨텐츠가 승부를 걸 수 있을 것이라고 봅니다.

Today we are going to talk about the current situation at Steemhunt, where the quality of the content is not driving the community but the use of bots in the background for a successful hunt.

The Steemhunt team is already aware about this issue and for that reason a github issue has been opened and after talking to the main dev. of Steemhunt (@tabris) the implementation is already planned for the next weeks.

So let`s start to see what the issue is and what AVB would give the Steemhunt community.

1. Find the problem of voting / Bug Fixes

Some users already have found that the current setting can be abused with bots to get easily a higher daily ranking. In fact, the users are doing it on daily base now and it comes to the same issue steemit has in background that not the content is speaking but the steempower.

2. Yeah, let`s use ABV, but what is that?

@ned has mentioned ABV (Account based voting) on his Korea tour and there are pros and cons on it, but to explain it easily see below,

A. Current voting system.

• The more steem power you have, more voting power you get, which means you can give more money.
• problem : bots, curation groups, curation trails, voting pools.

B. Account based voting

• One account counts has only one voting power
• problem : without any weighting of an account a spam account has the same power as a whale account. This is what @nealmcspadden is talking about.

3. Approach from Steemhunt team / New Features

Logic

• One upvote has 10 points with 100% vp.
• The point proportionally decrease based on the hunter’s set vp. For example, the hunter upvotes with 50% vp, the score will be 5 point.
• Whitelist: Scores are only be counted by the user who have hunted AT LEAST ONE TIME.

Possible Progress (Just examples and not fixed)

• More intensive whitelist: counted by the hunters with at least three times, exclude blacklist hunters, etc.
• Hunter’s badge system: We can level the hunters based on their hunting history, from Lv.1 to Lv.5.

Lv.1: 1 hunts (1 full voting score: 10 poinst)
Lv.2: 10 days hunting + 10 times upvoting the hunting posts (1 full voting score: 20 poinst)
Lv.3: Lv.2 + at least 3 times on top 10 hunts (1 full voting score: 30 poinst)
Lv.4: Lv.2 + at least 5 times on top 10 hunts (1 full voting score: 50 poinst)
Lv.5: 30 days hunting + 30 times upvoting the hunting posts + at least 10 times on top 10 hunts. (1 full voting score: 100 poinst)
The Lv can be downgraded if the hunter does not have any hunting or voting activities more than 10 days. (Lv 5 -> Lv 4 -> …)

4. So what does that mean?

@steemhunt will give only active Steemhunters the possibility to vote (whitelist) and level them with badges to differentiate the reputation within the community. Based on the given voting power% a vote can count from 0-100. (Based on your level) The badge system gives different levels to activate the hunters for better content. All this steps are planned to give active hunters with high quality content the best chance for the highest rewards.

It is planned to test the first settings next week, but there is in this moment no official deadline from team @steemhunt , but the main dev. from Steemhunt mentioned that it is very a high priority before scaling to the next stage. So let`s see how this will change the quality of the content at steemhunt.
